Will it be in tyria like last year or do you think they'll ship it to cantha? doubt it would be elona because people would be lost in all its desert greatness as it would be very new :P but one more thing.......let me just wear the surprise off.......OMG Halloween Woooooooo BABY! ^_^

Well, they did have the Day of the Tengu for the Factions headstart- it would be fairly smart marketing to have a Nightfall event just after release. Still, I have hope that it will remain a Tyrian holiday, or at the very least be cross-continental.

Hmm good question.
Not sure if it will be in Nightfall, or even fit in, since to my knowlage they do, just like Cantha have a different season calander ect. Just like Cantha has "The Dragon festival" and "Day of the Tengu" While Tyrians has "Halloween" and "Wintersday". So i'm really hoping for something new for Nightfall instead of having Halloween there to.
In Prophecies it was in all Major towns in Tyria (Not Denravi or Amnoon), and Mad King Thorn only appeared in Lions Arch though.
I hope it will be the same this year in Tyria (Prophecies), as a true prophecies fan that i am. Yet i know that thoes who dosn't own Prophecies will rage over it in that case, so i prefere a common gathering place for all chapters to join in on the celebration. Like a haunted island!

Hopefully "modest" doesn't translate to "This Halloween weekend, you get double drops from undead!"

I'm sorry, but I would just have to quit this game for a while to get over my trauma. Double drops from undead? I need a moment.

Thats because we have other holidays that offer booze (at the expense of neighbours/work/or yourself)... gotta chase that Ale Hound title. I don't think theres one for candy

I hope its in Proph only, and I own Factions and will be getting nightfall.
It's a Tyrian holiday.
And, I missed last halloween due to work, and really want the chance of last years hat!

Well I don't know where you are in Australia but here in Canberra the tradition of Halloween continue, we have children coming to our doors and they get plenty of treats!
